Patricia Ebanks, RN, ADON, IFC, Case Manager at Okeechobee Health Care Facility was recently awarded Florida Health Care Association’s newest award – the Rising Star in Long Term Care Nursing – during the 2017 Nurse Leadership Program!
Patricia has spent more than 20 years at Okeechobee Health Care Facility, beginning as a CNA and working her way up to Assistant Director of Nursing. She has a constant quest for learning, believing that one can never have too much knowledge. As stated in the FHCA award, Patricia “is a big reason why Okeechobee Health Care Facility was recently given a Governor Rick Scott Gold Seal Award for Excellence in Long Term Care.”
